Return Policy

At Arcadia Collectibles, we take pride in our quality and craftsmanship and hope you love your new pins! However, we understand that issues may arise, and we're here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of enamel pins and hygiene concerns, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective items. Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if there's an issue.

2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or refund if eligible.

3. Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once we’ve approved the return.

4. Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final for items marked as “clearance” or “B Grades,” which are discounted for minor imperfections.

5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where an item was defective or incorrect.
